  I came in to get new custom strings on my bow and said i need the exact same as the strings on it which were 2 color custom with a clear serving they could not match the colors the same as the old strings I was not informed they couldn't get the same colors I had prior to the new strings when I arrived to pick up my bow and it was not the same colors as specified 3/4 of the servings was clear but 1/4 of the end servings were black which didn't match the rest of the servings then did not offer to correct the issue or seem to care about what I requested to be done as a customer.
  
  That is the bad part
  
  The pro's about them was I turned it into them middle of the week got it back the following week later the string is a
  Dakota strings pre stretched
